Explore the TC NEXUS

TC NEXUS is a research-based, theory-informed approach to graduate career services for students in Education, Leadership, Healthcare, and Psychology. It is TC NEXT’s core model for how we serve students and alumni. 

The NEXUS is not a linear model, as students of TC come from various walks of life and have different experiences. The NEXUS is built for students and alumni to start engaging in our services where they feel most comfortable and ready.

The center of our circular model is social justice and equity. Teachers College is dedicated to promoting equity and excellence in education and overcoming the gap in educational access and achievement between the most and least advantaged groups in this country. This includes individual career paths and the decisions that go into the steps our students and alumni take in their journeys.
