Applicants should be completing (or have completed) a Bachelor's or Masters degree in Economics, Computer Science or a related field and have strong quantitative and programming skills. Candidates with experience in natural language processing are particularly encouraged to apply. This position is suitable for people looking to obtain experience in economic research for 1 to 2 years before applying to graduate school in Finance or Economics. Research projects will cover a range of topics in cognitive economics with applications to finance, macroeconomics, consumer choice, and incentive design.
